David R. Grupp, President

With over 20 years of experience in the retail and renewable energy industry, Dave Grupp leads the practice at Green Climate Energy Consulting. Prior to his current role, Dave worked for Direct Energy Business as VP of Renewable Services where he was responsible for overall business strategy and execution transforming Direct into the leading provider of renewable energy services in North America. Prior to that Dave spent 10 years as Head of National Key Accounts for Direct Energy and has worked in various other capacities in sales, marketing and product management.

Prior to retail energy Dave worked for Robinson Industries, an industrial fan manufacturer providing pollution control solutions to heavy industry including chemical, steel, and power generation. As Director of R&D, Dave was responsible for aerodynamic and acoustic testing while providing project management oversight for multimillion dollar projects.

Dave routinely presents at conferences on the topics of energy markets and renewable energy including EEI, Smart Energy Decisions, FMI, and TEPA. He has published and presented several technical papers on fan performance and design.

Dave holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State with a minor in Engineering Mechanics and graduated with honors with a MBA from Duquesne University with concentrations in Finance and Sustainability.

Dave sits on the Board of Directors for Junior Achievement, is a youth football coach, VP of the Seneca Valley wrestling association and volunteers as an adult leader with Boy Scout Troop 403. Dave resides in Cranberry Twp, PA with his wife Milan, boys Maddox and Camden and yellow labs, Wallace & Grommit.

Stephanie J. Grenier, VP of Operations

With three decades of experience in the retail energy sector, Stephanie Grenier has established herself as a specialist in energy procurement, relationship building, and operational excellence. As a Director at NRG Energy, Stephanie led a diverse team responsible for supporting over 300 energy sales professionals. Her focus was on delivering customized, customer-centric training, consolidating resources for easy navigation and access, and implementing change management to support large-scale system projects.

Stephanie's extensive expertise in energy procurement is evident through her work at Direct Energy Business, where she managed relationships with top national key account customers. Her strategic thinking and deep understanding of deregulated power and gas markets have enabled her to present innovative solutions that align with customer objectives, achieving organizational goals and realizing savings for customers.

Recognized for her outstanding service, Stephanie has received multiple accolades, including account executive of the year awards from Staples and YUM! Brands (KFC, Taco Bell, Pizza Hut). She presented on a sustainability panel with industry leading energy experts at the Edison Electric Institute (EEI) sponsored South Central National Account Program (SCNAP) conference. As their trusted advisor, Stephanie was invited to share her expertise at multiple energy summits held by her top retail clients, such as Home Depot, Macy’s, Staples, Luxottica North American Retail, and McDonald’s (Corporate & Regional).

Stephanie holds a degree in Accounting Administration and has received certifications from the Association of Energy Engineers, illustrating her expertise in energy procurement. These certifications include Certified Energy Procurement Professional (CEP) and Certified Business Energy Professional (BEP).

Stephanie is married to her husband, Paul, and has two children (Kelsie & Shon), two stepchildren (Kylie & Morgan), and two dogs (Macy & Penny). She enjoys the outdoors tending to her flowers and herb garden, playing recreational golf, and being on the water at her lake house in Massachusetts.

Ryan Miller, Energy Analyst

Ryan Miller brings extensive experience in pricing strategy, project management, sales operations, and data analysis to his role at Green Climate Energy Consulting. With a strong background in forecasting, supplier negotiations, RFP management, and process improvement, Ryan helps support the company’s mission of delivering strategic energy solutions to clients.

Throughout his career, Ryan has held positions spanning project management, pricing analysis, and sales support, where he developed a reputation for his analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to drive efficient, results-oriented outcomes. His diverse experience has equipped him with a well-rounded understanding of business operations and strategic decision-making.

Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing with a concentration in Management from Penn State University.
